St.Marc Street Band
This is the 1974 version of one of the best bands from Montreal who rocked every joint they played in from 1971 to 1976.
This version is a trio;
Larry Schaffer - sings with a voice of an angel and is a wizard guitarist.
Al Riddler - there is no question about his magical base exploding through your body.
Robbie Rankin - the best back beat in the Laurentians, he could make Mt.Tremblant tremble.
You all know about the Blues, R&B, Rock and old time Rock and Roll. In 1971 the St.Marc Street Band introduced a new form of music: ROCK & ROAR. All you have to do is listen to the fantastic power of Al's bass playing in the instrumental songs to hear a bass being played as a lead guitar in a roar that could be felt bouncing off the inside of your body.
Add to this the steady pounding of the drums by Robbie and the amazing lead guitar of Larry with his vocal range that could put his voice inside your head.
